Unlimited Streaming
You can watch as many videos as you want with no restrictions or additional fees. This is the whole idea of "Unlimited Streaming", which means that once you choose your membership plan and the membership has been paid members can watch unlimited videos on almost any device you choose until your membership will expire.
DVD Rentals
To get started, you need to create an account. If you don't have one, you can create an account. Once you have an account, you can select the video you want to rent and stream it immediately after purchase for 2, 5, or more days, depending on rental term availability.
VOD/PPM (Pay Per Minute)
VOD (Video on Demand) is a system that allows the users to select and watch video content at the time they choose.
When you purchase Pay Per Minute time, we will charge your credit card immediately, allowing you to start watching our Streaming On Demand videos within minutes. As you watch our videos, the time will be deducted from your total until you have used all your minutes or until you purchase more minutes. Our PPM packages provide access to our entire video content. For every second you watch, 2 or 3 seconds will be subtracted from your Pay Per Minute time.
Store Products
Unfortunately, at this time we don’t accept special orders.

You may return your order for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges and opened products packages) within 30 days of the invoice date as long as it is in the new, unused condition and in the original packaging, including all instruction manuals, product information, warranty cards and accessories. Any items returned that do not meet all these specifications will be returned or discarded at no credit. All returns must be accompanied by RMA number. After a returned item has been received, it will take 7 to 10 days to process the return and credit your account. In order to return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. RMA number is good for 10 days and must be written on the outside of the returning package. We always try to keep our prices as low as possible, but due to market fluctuations products prices may change from time to time.
My Account
We send email notification when your order is received, and email confirmation after your order has been shipped. Also we send email notifications if there are any problems in processing your order.

To change your Registration Information, go to "My Account", then from your My Account Dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information.
The personal information you give us will only be viewed by authorized employees of our company for the purpose of completing your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping & Billing
No, we currently do not ship internationally. However, we are constantly working to improve our services to provide shipping to international destinations.
Most of the orders that placed before 12PM PST will be shipped the same day, unless it’s received on weekend or holiday. Orders received after 12PM will be shipped the next business day.
Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you do not see this information within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam filter. No. Our charge on your credit card statement appear as "Shop Online", and the website name will be not listed.
We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. Debit cards can be used as well if they display logos from above credit cards. Your credit card information must be stored in your account to verify your account information, prevent fraud and secure your orders.
Standard Shipping packages shipped by U.S. Postal Service do not include tracking, whereas all other shipping methods do.
Your package will be shipped in a plain box or envelope. The shipping label on your package will read "SHOP ONLINE". In addition, all rental DVDs will be shipped in a plain envelope or a non-descript cardboard box (if you've rented multiple DVDs), with the return address labeled as "Rentals".
All orders will be processed for shipment during regular business hours. If you place your order before noon PT, UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2-Day Air will be shipped on the same day. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the estimated delivery date for each shipping option. USPS First-Class or Priority orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Unfortunately, we do not offer UPS Saturday delivery. All other shipping options do not offer weekend delivery.
All orders over $250 automatically require a signature, regardless of delivery method. We might ask you for a signature if you are re-shipped an item or order. UPS requires signatures for items For all orders exceeding $250, a signature will be required upon delivery, regardless of the chosen delivery method. Additionally, we may also require a signature if an item or order is being re-shipped to you. Please note that UPS also requires signatures for items over $100, as well as for any re-shipped items or orders.
Along with discreet shipping, we also offer discreet billing. The charge on your billing statement will read SHOP ONLINE. However, the name of the product will remain unchanged.
